Bluetooth mode of the flush-mounted radio
The flush-mounted radio only displays the functions that are possible in the respective mode.
Impossible functions are not visible.
"Receiver" mode
■
Coupling must come from the external device.
■
Uncoupling can be made for both devices.
■
The connection must come from the external device.
■
Disconnection can be made for both devices.
■
The "Bluetooth" favourite is displayed on the flush-mounted radio in the favourite stations.
– If the device is not connected, the Bluetooth icon on the display flashes.
– If the external device is connected, the name of the external device is displayed and the
Bluetooth icon is displayed permanently.
"Station" mode

Coupling is made from the flush-mounted radio.
– For most applications (Bluetooth loudspeaker / Bluetooth headphone), the coupling is
made from the flush-mounted radio.

The connection is made from the flush-mounted radio.
– For most applications (Bluetooth loudspeaker / Bluetooth headphone), the connection is
made from the flush-mounted radio.

The "Bluetooth" favourite is not available on the flush-mounted radio in the favourite
stations.
Information about Bluetooth operation

Depending on the model, the loudspeakers on the multimedia device for playing music have
been deactivated while it is connected to the flush-mounted radio.
■
After connection, the volume of the flush-mounted is additionally controlled via the volume
control of your multimedia device.
– This depends on the Bluetooth implementation of the respective manufacturer of the
multimedia device. The flush-mounted radio supports the Bluetooth A2DP profile to the
fullest extent.
– If you deactivate the volume or turn it down, you will not hear anything on the flush-
mounted radio.
