Select the menu item
Logbook
in the main menu if you want
to choose between a
Business trip
and a
Private trip
. You
can also activate the
Commute to work
, select a
trip to
your primary residence
, the
Change driver ID
or a
Send
refuel report
.
The tour type symbol and the description of the active tour
type are provided without colour. If you change the tour type a
status message will appear on the display.
Please select
Commute to work
if you are driving to the place
of work, and you are then going to start a service trip from
there. This can assist you later in the listing of the privately
driven kilometres to the place of work and the proportional
reimbursement of these costs by the financial authorities (ap-
plies to Germany only, other countries may have other regula-
tions).
If you stop to refuel, then in your
Send refuel report
you are
able to enter and send the amount of fuel in litres, the cost of
refuelling in differing currencies, the mileage of your vehicle,
the refuelling date and the refuelling time.
