die Spiralkabel, die zu den jeweiligen Antriebs-
motoren führen, sind am Zentralen Steuergerät
wie folgt gekennzeichnet:
1 Motor Rückenlehne
2 Motor Oberschenkellehne
3 Motor Betthaupt/Kopf
4 Motor Betthaupt/Fuß
HB Handschalter
Achten Sie auf die richtige Zuordnung der
Antriebsmotoren die zur Höhenverstellung
dienen! diese dürfen nicht verwechselt
werden. Spiralkabel Nr. 3 führt zum Antriebs-
motor des Betthaupt/Kopf. Spiralkabel Nr. 4
führt zum Antriebsmotor des Betthaupt/Fuß.
Es darf nur eine Fußtieflage möglich sein.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine Kabel beschä-
digt sind, sich keine Schlaufen bilden und die
Kabel nicht durch bewegliche Teile einge-
klemmt werden.
Achten Sie beim Austausch einzelner elektri-
scher Komponenten stets darauf, dass deren
Stecker bis zum Anschlag in das Zentrale
Steuergerät eingesteckt sind und die Steckerab-
deckleiste wieder angebracht wird. Nur so ist
absolute dichtigkeit und eine einwandfreie
Funktion gewährleistet.

UGENTLASTUNG DES

ETZKABELS
Unter dem Liegeflächenrahmen befindet sich
die Zugentlastung für das Netzkabel.
F Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Netzkabel in der
Zugentlastung eingehängt ist und fest sitzt.
Besondere Sorgfalt ist beim Verlegen des
Netzkabels notwendig. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass es nicht beschädigt ist und sich keine
Schlaufen bilden! das Netzkabel darf beim
Umherfahren des Bettes nicht unter die Lauf-
rollen geraten! Beim Verstellen des Bettes
darf es sich nicht zwischen beweglichen
Teilen verfangen!
Nach erfolgter Installation:
F Verschließen Sie das Steuergerät mit dem
zugehörigen deckel.
F Verlegen Sie die Kabel für die Antriebs -
motoren und den Handschalter unter dem
Liegeflächenrahmen.

ONTROL UNIT PLUGS
The spiral cables leading to each drive motor
are marked in the following way at the central
control unit:
1 Backrest motor
2 Thigh rest motor
3 Not enabled (blind cap)
4 Motor drive height adjustment
HB Hand switch
Take special care in assigning the drive
motors for the height adjustments. These
must not be interchanged. Spiral cable num-
ber 3 leads to the drive motor for the end
board (head section). Spiral cable number
4 leads to the drive motor for the end board
(foot section). Only one lower foot position
should be possible.
Take care that no cable is damaged, that
there are no loops, and that the cables are
not squeezed by moving parts.
when exchanging single electrical components,
always make sure that their plugs have been
plugged back into the central control unit until
they lock and the plug covering strips have been
re-affixed. This will ensure a tight fit and a
proper operation.

TRAIN RELIEF OF THE MAIN CABLE
Underneath the reclining surface frame is the
strain relief for the main cable.
F Make sure that the main cable is hooked
tightly into the strain relief.
Special care is to be taken when positioning
the main cable. Make sure that the cable is
not damaged and there is no loop in it! when
moving the bed around, take care that the
castors do not run over the main cable!
when adjusting the bed the main cable
should not get caught between moving parts!
After successful installation:
F Close up the control unit with the control unit
lid.
F Place the drive motor cables and the hand
switch cable under the reclining surface frame.
