Method C
- Fixing through the base of the fire box.
Note - It is not recommended to use this method on its own as the appliance may lean forward. Use a
further fixing to retain the top of the appliance.
Method D
– This is ONLY for use where there is a proprietary cavity box fitted.
The appliance and the proprietary cavity box both have holes in their outside flange and can be
secured to the wall as a pair. Alternatively the proprietary cavity box can be secured through its flange
and the fire attached through its back face to the brackets on the inside rear of the cavity box.
