Maintenance,troubleshooting
CAUTION!
Discharge of medium due to damaged seal.
If the valve is screwed in incorrectly, the seal can be damaged.

Observe the thread start when inserting the valve.
Valves with control function A (closed by spring force):

In order to avoid damage to the seal, the valve must be pneu-
matically actuated before screwing it in.
→
For control function A (SFA) pressurize
the
lower
control air
connection with compressed air (6 bar): Valve opens.
→
Screw in the actuator, tighten with an open-end wrench
(tightening torque 60 Nm ± 3 Nm).
→
Screw in the angle connection, tighten with an open-end wrench
(tightening torque 6 Nm ± 1 Nm).
→
Screw in the silencer, tighten with an open-end wrench
(tightening torque 2 Nm ± 0.2 Nm).
→
Connect pneumatic lines.
→
Check the device for function and leaks.
