Assembly
If a fitting stand is used, it must be approved for a
maximum weight of 30 kg.
We recommend that you always remove the battery
from the vehicle to reduce weight while the fitting
stand is used.
Universal tools, a torque spanner with an operating
range of 5 Nm to 40 Nm and the special tools, as
recommended by ZEG Zweirad-Einkaufs-
Genossenschaft eG, must be available for use.

There is a risk of injury if the drive system is activated
unintentionally.
Remove the battery if the battery is not absolutely
necessary for assembly.
Assemble the vehicle in a clean, dry environment.
The working environment temperature should be
between 15 °C and 25 °C.
