Installing/Removing Hot-swap Drives
To remove a carrier, push the release button located beside the drive LEDs. 1.
Swing the handle fully out and use it to pull the unit straight out (see Figure 2.
below).
Be aware that powering down a node will power down all
the hard drives that are logically associated with it (as
shown in Figure 6-12)
