USB Settings - Delete Print Queue
Deleting print jobs may be
necessary if a corrupt print job was
sent to a printer. If printing to the
printer connected to LinkStation
suddenly fails, it is recommended
that you
Execute
the
Delete Print
Queue
program.
Deleting the print jobs will require
that users re-send their print jobs
to the printer.
If there are still problems printing
to the printer, then check the printer manufacturer’s documentation for troubleshooting
information. Also, verify that the USB cable is securely fastened to both the printer and the
LinkStation. Finally, you may try turning the LinkStation off, turning the printer off, turning the
printer back on, and then turning the LinkStation back on again.
