Changing out the Anode
Remove the M8 nut (Fig. 18,
Item. 10
) to remove the
ground cable (Fig. 18,
Item. 8
).
Remove M8 nut (Fig. 18,
Item. 7
).
Separate clean-out cover (Fig. 18,
Item. 3
) from the
Magnesium anode rod (Fig. 18,
Item. 1
).
Replace Magnesium anode rod.
Install new rod including the small parts, as shown in
Fig. 18.
