Make sure the
now!Board

camera is
8"–12" (20 cm–30 cm)
behind the projector.
Make sure the camera is
the appropriate distance
from the display surface
(5'–11' if using the
wand and 5'–14' if using
the stylus only). See
Setting Up Your
now!Board
™
Camera
for
more information.
Bright lighting such as
halogen lights may
cause interference with
now!Board
™
.
The calibration screen keeps telling me to move the
laser.
Be sure that your
projector and screen
resolution are set at
1024 x 768. To change
the resolution on your
computer, go to:
Windows: Control Panel
> Display
Mac: Settings > Display
The camera needs to see
the light in the stylus at
all times. Watch that
your hand, body or other
objects in the room are
not blocking the stylus
or the camera.
The stylus won’t write, or writes intermittently.
Be sure the tip is
continuously depressed
on the surface when
writing.
