Protection unit MP6-Megabreak®
The sequence of diagnostic test cannot be performed by means of battery supply;
it is recommended the use of the external auxiliary supply M8ALIM12.
4. Test button
It is recommended to perform the diagnostic test using the
button present on the
home page, in order to check the correct behaviour of the breaker and the protection unit.
The tripping sequence (starting from the device in “closed position” and protection unit
powered up) is:
1. push the
button for at least 6 seconds;
2. after a while, the PU emits a sound notification indicating the command has received,
then the leds get lighted (LED1 in orange and LED2 in red);
3. the breaker trips, the LED1 returns green and LED2 switches off.
