After switching the protection unit on, it shows the following screen:
- Currents value: shown by bars in % of regulated current and by value of absolute
phase currents;
- Date and time: date and time setting;
- “main menu” button allows to enter the main menu;
- “test” button allows to verify the proper functioning of the protection unit and the
breaker;
- The icon “low battery”, if present, show the low charge level of battery;
- “fault” button, if present, shows that the circuit breaker has tripped for protection
unit command. By pressing this button, you enter in the “last trip menu”, where you
can display the data for the last trip stored by the MP6. After this check, the trip
notification in home page desappears;
- “alarm” button, if present, shows that there is an active alarm. By pushing this button,
you enter in the “alarms” menu, where you can view the list of the last alarms stored.
The home page comes back after a 60 seconds timeout without any action from any
screen that was previously displayed as well as at the start up. After 30s of inactivity in
any page, a screen saver is activated, turning off the backlight.
