In the “Ethernet Properties” window, click on the “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
connection and then “Properties” button as shown below (circled in red):

In the “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties” window, select the “Use the
following IP address” option, enter the IP address, Subnet mask, and Default gateway,
and select “Validate settings upon exit as
shown below (circled in red):
