To record a memo
Leave messages for family or colleagues by
recording memos on your Freestyle 1500 Plus.
A memo can last for the length of time available
on the memory – maximum of 14

minutes.
•
Press the
MEMO
button and keep it held
down. You will hear the voice say, ‘
Please
speak after the tone
’ followed by a beep.
•
Start your memo message. The display on
the base unit shows ‘r’.
•
Speak clearly, keeping within 20 cm of the
base unit’s microphone.
•
When you have finished talking, release the
MEMO
button. You will hear a beep, and the
display will show that another message has
been recorded.
•
To play back your memo, press the
PLAY
button. Base unit display shows
“ P”

Using the
answering machine

Memo
To delete messages
Freestyle 1500 Plus lets you delete any
individual message, in any order. The other
messages will be kept in the chronological
order they were recorded in.
•
During playback, press the
DELETE
button.
The voice confirms that the individual
message is deleted.
•
To clear all messages, press
DELETE
after
the last message has been played back.
You can leave any number of memos. They can
be played back in the same way as Incoming
Messages.
