To adjust the loudspeaker volume
•
During playback, press the
MEMO
button to
increase the volume or press the
ANSWER
ON/OFF
button to decrease the volume.
The lowest setting is silence. If you leave
Freestyle 1500 Plus at this level, playback
automatically resets the volume to the
mid-level.
If the base unit is busy, for example playing back
messages, the handset will not be able to access
the menus or the telephone line.

To play back messages
•
Press the
PLAY
button. The voice will tell
you how many messages you have and the
display shows
P
.
Before each message is played, the voice also
states which message it is, such as ‘Message 1’.
After the message has been played, the voice
will announce the day and time it was received.
•
After the last message, you will hear the
voice say ‘
End of messages. To delete all
messages, press delete
’. You have about
8 seconds to press the
DELETE
button to
delete all messages.
•
The machine will then return to the answer
mode selected before message playback.
To pause a message
•
During playback, press the
PLAY
button
again. Display on base shows ‘
P
’ flashing.
•
To release the pause, press the
PLAY
button
a third time.
•
To cancel playback, press the
PLAY
button
to pause, followed by the
ON/OFF
button.
•
To delete the message paused, press the
DELETE
button.
All messages are saved automatically until you
delete them.
Remember to delete unwanted messages.
