While holding the heat shrink, start by heating the solder, which will start to
melt at around 130 degrees. Use a heat gun or - only as last resource - a
normal lighter.
Once the solder is melted, and spread through the copper, heat the rest of
the sleeve, including the red rings, until you get a fully sealed connection.
Allow the heat shrink to cool down, and repeat the process for all LED
wires.
