TRAILER SET-UP
Do not change the position of the axle.
The bow stopper roller can be moved
to change the tongue weight and to
suit the shape of the PWC'S bow.
The bunks can be adjusted to suit the
shape of the PWC's hull.
All Models Except
Aluminum and Spark™
MOVE II
Tongue Weight
Move the winch support towards the
front or rear to move the PWC's mass.
This changes the weight applied to the
tongue.
The tongue weight should be from 3
to 10% of the total trailer and PWC
weight with tongue parallel to the
ground.
To adjust, loosen the 4 nuts under-
neath the winch support U-bolts, move
winch support to the desired position.

Tighten bolts to specified torque.

Bow Stopper Roller
Set bow roller stopper so that it leans
on the PWC bow between rubber
bumper and bow eyelet.

1. Area where the roller must lean
To adjust:
1. Loosen the two (2) nuts underneath
the front winch support U-bolt.
2. Remove the winch arm adjustment
bolt.
3. Set the bow roller stopper to the de-
sired height, then lock it in position
by inserting the bolt through the
aligned winch support and winch
arm holes.
