Is the 3-pin treadle connector inside the control box disconnected?

Turn off the power switch, and then check that the 3-pin treadle connector is
connected to connector P3 on the main PCB.

If there is a broken wire in the cord of the treadle connector, replace the treadle
unit.

Remove any thread scraps that may be blocking the motor.
