For this example, only HI_FLOW and HI_HI_FLOW alarms are set.
Alarm limit example values (100 and 150) are referenced to 100%
OUT.SCALE value (i.e. FS = 200 m3/h).
Make following settings:
• HI_HI_LIM: 150
• HI_LIM: 100
• Priorities: 2
