Assembly Instructions
Remove all contents from the carton packaging.
Make sure all parts are present before attempting
assembly. Once the grill is fully assembled, go back and
check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten
again using the screwdriver provided if necessary.
Estimated Assembly Time: 35 minutes.
Step 1
a) Align the holes on the bottom panel (A) with the holes
on the left lower frame (B) and right lower frame (D).
b) Insert M6 bolt (CC), one M6 lock washer (DD) and
one M6 flat washer (GG) into each pre-drilled hole.
Tighten all bolts using screwdriver (RR) provided until
secure.
c) Align the hole on the wheel spacer (AF) and wheel
(F) with the hole on left lower frame (B), insert the
wheel axle (E) into the hole. Then seal with a wheel
nut (HH) using wrench (QQ) provided.
d) Repeat the procedure with another space and wheel
on back side of left lower frame.
e) Cover a wheel cap (G) on each wheel.
Step 2
a) Insert the feet of the right upper frame (J) into the hole on
the right lower frame.
b) Insert the feet of the left upper frame (H) into the hole on
the left lower frame.
Step 3
a) Align the holes on the back panel (K) with the holes on back side of
left upper frame and left lower frame. Insert one M6 bolt (AA), one
lock washer (DD) and on flat washer (EE) into each pre-drilled hole.
Tighten by hand.
b) Repeat the procedure with right side of the back panel with right
upper frame and right lower frame.
c) Repeat the procedure with the front panel (I) on front side of the cart.
d) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.
