Step 4
a) Insert the valve shafts of the regulator & valve
assembly (M) into the pre-drilled holes on the
control panel (N), insert one M5 bolt (II) into each
holes, tighten bolts with the screwdriver until
secure.
b) Insert the two knobs (O) on the valve shafts.
c) Insert the igniter (L) into the pre-drilled hole in the
control panel (N). Tighten by hand until secure.
d) Align the holes on the control panel (N) with the
holes on the right upper frame, insert one M6 bolt
(AA), one M6 lock washer (DD) and one M6 flat
washer (EE) into each pre-drilled hole. Tighten by
hand until secure.
e) Repeat the procedure with the left side of control
panel.
f)
Tighten all bolts with the screwdriver until secure.
Step 5
a) Align the holes on the heating plate support (X) with the
holes on the firebox (Q).
b) Insert one M5 bolt (FF) from the outside of firebox into
each pre-drilled hole.
c) Seal with one heating insulation washer (LL), one M5
flat washer (KK) and one M5 lock washer (JJ) onto each
bolt.
d) Screw one wing nut (MM) onto each bolt. Tighten by
hand until secure.
Step 6
a) Align the holes on body hinge (P) with the holes on
left back side of the firebox.
b) Insert one M5 bolt (II), one heat insulation washer
(LL) into each pre-drilled hole and seal with one M5
flat washer (KK), one M5 lock washer (JJ) and one
wing nut (MM). Tighten by hand until secure.
c) Repeat the procedure with another hinge on right
back side of the firebox.
d) Align the holes on left side of the firebox with the
holes on left upper frame and insert one M6 bolt
(AA), one M6 lock washer (DD) and one M6 flat
washer (EE) into each pre-drilled holes. Tighten by
hand until secure.
e) Repeat the procedure with the right side of the
firebox with the right upper frame.
f)
Go back and tighten all bolts using screwdriver
provided until secure.
