The decoder’s rod knock sound effects play during a de-acceleration.
This  de-acceleration  change  is  determined  by  CV203  for  DC  and
CV201  for  DCC.  The  automatic  volume  change  is  determined  by
CV198.    The  value  for  CV197,  determines  how  many  wheel
revelations  the  rod  knock  chuff  plays.    The  rod  knock  sound  effect
only plays if deaceleration occurs at throttle values 50% or greater.
