The decoder’s rod knock sound effects play during a de-acceleration.
This  de-acceleration  change  is  determined  by  CV203  for  DC  and
CV201  for  DCC.  The  automatic  volume  change  is  determined  by
CV198.    The  value  for  CV197,  determines  how  many  wheel
revelations  the  rod  knock  chuff  plays.    The  rod  knock  volume  is
applied  when  the  de-acceleration  parameter  is  met.  This  volume  is
slowly returned back to its initial volume as the normal chuffs play.
