INFORMATION!
The oil back-suction sucks the oil collected in the filter element back into the
pump.
Fig. 17 Float switch for oil back-suction
CAUTION!
Risk of injury from spraying substances.
Wear protective goggles when performing the functional check of the oil back-
suction.
Functional check:
Stop the pump,
Remove the access plate of the filter elements,
Pour ¼ liters of oil into the automatic oil separator
→
the float (3) must
rise,
Restart the pump. The filled-up oil must be suctioned; the oil level in the
filter elements drops. If there is a clear leakage of oil after loosening the
access plate, this means the nozzle (2) is blocked,
Loosen the screw fitting (1) and rinse the nozzle (2).

Oil level monitoring (optional)
Optionally, a float switch or oil level switch can be fitted to trigger an alarm when
the oil level drops.
The monitor is mounted on the plate containing the oil level indicator and the oil
drain valve.
To prevent false alarms, it is recommended to delay the fault information (oil
shock) by at least 5 seconds.
