4a. Attach the Handle Assembly (

) to end the of the Axle
Assembly (

) by inserting one 1/4” x 1-1/4” Hex Bolt (

though the hole in the end of the Axle Assembly) and
secure with 1/4” Hex Nut (

), as shown.
Note: The wheel bar mount on the Axle Assembly
must be positioned downward, as shown, in order to
properly attached the wheels.
4b. Slide the Handle Grip (

) on to the
Handle Assembly (

).
