ASSEMBLY

STEP 3

Assemble Mount Brackets (

to Tray (

) as shown.
Find this hardware:
- x7 Hex Bolts (

) - 5/16” x 0.75”
- x7 Nylon Lock Nuts (

) - 5/16”
Align the Center Plate (

) with
Tray (
6
) as shown. Insert three Hex
Bolts (
20
) through the top of the Tray.
Loosely hold in place with
three Lock Nuts (
32
).
Insert the Bolts (
20
) from the topside of
the Tray.
DO NOT
tighten fully (yet), but
secure with four Nylon Lock Nuts (
32
).

. Assemble the clevis (

) to the tow
bars (

Hold in place with:
- x2 Carriage Bolts (

) - 5/16” x 2.25”
- x2 Nylon Lock Nuts (

DO NOT
tighten fully (yet).

. Next, secure the tow bars (

in place with:
- x1 Hex Head Bolts (

) - 5/16” x 1.25”
- x1 Nylon Lock Nuts (

) - 5/16”
DO NOT
tighten fully (yet).
