Condensation tray
Your fryer has a condensation tray located at the back of the appliance.This needs to
be checked and emptied after each couple of uses. Pull the tray out and empty it. If
neccessary, wash it in warm soapy water. Dry and refit the tray.
Replacing the filters
1. Locate the filter cover on top of the lid.
2. Press the tab at the back of the filter cover and lift it off your fryer.
3. Remove the two filters.
4. Wipe the inside of the filter compartment using a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
5. Place the new filters back into the filter compartment in the same order as the old
ones were removed.
6. Replace the filter cover.
