9. Turn the food processor the right side up, then twist the blade
housing anticlockwise to release the locking mechanism. Take
care when removing the blade housing from the bowl to avoid
spillage.
10. Remove the chopping blade from the blade housing by turning
clockwise to unlock and pulling upwards.

HOW TO USE THE GRINDING MILL
The grinding mill must only be used with the Breville
®
Blend Active
™
motor unit and blade assembly.
DO NOT USE THE GRINDING MILL TO GRIND WET FOODS
(GARLIC, ONIONS, ETC).
1. Add the ingredients to the grinding mill jar. Don’t fill the jar more
than half full.
2. Screw the blade assembly supplied with the
Breville
®
Blend Active
™
blender onto the jar and tighten firmly
(fig. E).
3. Turn the grinding mill upside down so that the blade assembly
is at the bottom. You can now attach the grinding mill to the
Breville
®
Blend Active
™
motor unit and process your ingredients
in the normal way.
Grinding Mill Guidelines

health seeds (30g mix):
chia, hemp, flax, etc
blend 10-15 seconds, store
with lid on
whole seeds (10-20g):
mustard, cumin, etc
blend 10-15 seconds, store

coffee beans (35g) blend 20-30 seconds depending
on use, refrigerate with lid on
whole nuts (35g) blend 10-15 seconds, store
with lid on
whole peppercorns (20g) blend 15-20 seconds, pause
halfway to settle contents
whole cinnamon sticks break in half, blend 10-15
seconds, store with lid on
HOW TO USE THE WHIPPING DISC
The whipping disc must only be used with the
Breville
®
Blend Active
™
motor unit.
1. Add the ingredients to the 300ml bottle provided. Don’t fill the
bottle above the 300ml mark.
2. Screw the whipping disc onto the bottle and tighten firmly
(fig. F).
3. Turn the bottle upside down so that the whipping disc is at
the bottom. You can now attach the whipping disc to the
Breville
®
Blend Active
™
motor unit and process your ingredients
in the normal way.

HOW TO USE THE CITRUS JUICER
Screw the citrus juicer onto the 300ml bottle and tighten firmly
(fig. G). Twist the fruit to extract the juice. Remove the pith from
the juicer as often as necessary.
You can use freshly squeezed juice in your smoothies or to
flavour water.
