RICE COOKER 

Rice cooker mode is used to cooking different types of rice and keep it warm until it is ready to be served.  

  Place the induction compatible cooker on top of the Prodigy™. 

  Turn the dial and press to select rice cooker or swipe and tap on the screen to select rice cooker function. 

  Select your rice type 

  Press Start to cook 

  Automatic Keep Warm 

 

 

 

 

 

TIP 

For best results, we recommend the Breville 2.5” saucier with the lid on. 

NOTE 

1 Australian standard metric measuring cup is equal to 200g of uncooked rice. 
When using cups, maintain the same cooking ratios and ensure you do not exceed the maximum level of your rice 

cooking basin.

SLOW COOKER 

The Slow Cooker Mode is used to tenderise meat and other proteins over a long period of time at temperatures of 

around 85 C – 99 C.  One of the big benefits of slow cooking, is that the meal can be mostly prepared in the morning 

and be ready in the evening with minimal effort. 

  Place the induction compatible cooker on top of the Prodigy™. 

  Turn the dial and press to select Slow cooker or swipe and tap on the screen to select Slow cooker function. 

  Select your Slow Cooker Mode
