USING THE EMULSIFYING DISC
•
Do not use more than 3 min. Allow the motor to
cool before the next operation at least 30 min.
•
Use for aioli, instant pudding,
mayonnaise, whipping cream,
whisking eggs, egg whites, and sponge
cake mixtures.
•
For egg white whisking, use room temperature
eggs. Best when bowl and emulsifying disc is
dry and free from grease.
•
Clean the emulsifying disc
after each use.
•
Follow the picture flow below
for step-by-step instruction to
assemble machine.
•
Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in
step 5 are locked well, or the machine will not work.
•
To disassemble machine, use opposite
flow and direction.
•
ONLY take the disc from the machine when the disc has come to a complete stop.
