Chapter 2: Attaching springs and mechanism to the bed.
Attach mechanism
to inside face
of side panel as
shown in Fig. 2B
using 5 machine
screws and
lock nuts from
hardware card #2.
Repeat steps for
opposite panel.

STEP 2
The screws go in from the outside of the Bed Cabinet and the nuts go on
from inside of the Bed Cabinet. The panels have a recessed area on the
outside of the Bed Cabinet that the screws will fit flush into once tightened.
Spring covers will attach toward the end of the assembly on Chapter 7, Step 3.
The front-top screw will have an integrated T-Nut that will prevent the Arm
Lock from slipping off later during assembly (Chapter 5, Step 1).
