Cake...As Easy As 1-2-3
1. Add ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Place the pan
in the machine.
2. Close the lid. Select the
DESSERT
setting. Press
START
. When
the bread machine beeps, stir and add ingredients according to
recipe directions.
3. When program is complete, immediately remove pan from the
machine using oven mitts. Using a rubber spatula, loosen the cake
from the sides of the pan. Turn pan upside down and shake in an
up-and-down motion to release the cake. Allow to cool on a cool-
ing rack until ready to frost.
These recipes were developed at sea level. If you live at high altitude,
adjustments may be necessary. The finished cake may be slightly shorter
than the average 3 to 5 inches.
