screw when inserting the

blue polyaxial screw or 10 mm
blue polyaxial screw XL is
pulled out of the vertebral body
through incorrect operation or
non-observance of the correct
sequence of operating steps!

For easy detachment from
the stabilization screw,
apply the cannulated
screwdriver in an ortho-
grade direction to the sta-
bilization screw.
►
Before removing the can-
nulated screwdriver from
the stabilization screw,
unscrew the screw revision
instrument from the stabi-
lization screw.
