Settings
Wi-Fi
Before browsing the internet via Wi-Fi, you will need to connect to a Wi- Fi network
and configure it in some cases. To do this, go to
Settings > Wireless and Networks.
If Wi-Fi is disabled, move the selector to the right. Press on
Wi-Fi
and your device
will automatically search for and display a list of available Wi-Fi networks, which
updates automatically.
Press the name of the network you want to connect to, enter the password if
necessary and press
Connect
. If the tablet connects successfully,
Connected
will
appear below the name of the network.
There is a time limit for entering the Wi-Fi password, after which the Wi-Fi will be
disabled. Selecting the
Show password
option is recommended before entering the
password, to ensure you can enter it quickly and correctly.
When Wi-Fi is enabled, the device will automatically connect to the chosen network.
If your device detects a network that has never been configured, it will notify you.
To access the
Scan, WPS Pin Entry, Wi-Fi Direct
and
Advanced
settings for the
network, go to
Settings > Wireless and networks > Wi-Fi
,
then press the
Menu
button .
