•
Check cable from potentiometer
•
Check ground connection of the joysteer system
Loss of ground
If both of the 2 SAM potentiometer positions differs more than 250°

•
Check if board and backup batteries are connected
Board Voltage drops during pulse test
If the board voltage changes more than 0.3V during the pulse test (40ms)

JPAS Current to high
•
Check JPAS Settings
•
Readjust JPAS (see commissioning manual)
JPAS SAM-Currents are to high.

Problem with Button
•
Check if Shutdown Button is only pressed on shutdown
•
Check if Shutdown Button has a bad connection
Shutdown Button is pressed during driving or start-up.

Check SAM cables

Check if the SAM is mechanically properly mounted (low friction)
