- Check the agent to be

Agent contaminated
- Check the agent to be
processed.
Agent-nozzle clogged
- Check the agent nozzle, refer to
page in this regard 21.
Wear of the nozzle
- Replace the agent-nozzle.
Deformations of the nozzle.
- Replace the agent-nozzle.
No agent flow
Agent-nozzle clogged
- Clean the agent-nozzle using
hot water.
Non-return valve in the agent
vessel connection piece defective
- Replace the non-return valve.
Suction rod clogged
- Dismantle the suction rod and
clean it with hot water.
Spray gun does not shut
Seal kit defective
- Renew the seal kit.
Closing spring in the handle of the
spray gun defective
- Contact the maintenance
service.
The spray gun only sprays air
The stainless steel pressure vessel
is empty
- Top up with agent.
The agent is not liquid
- Check the agent to be
processed.
Suction rod seal defective
- Replace the suction rod seal.
