Issue:

This indicates your Communicator is having a

problem connecting.

Action:

Unplug the power supply from both the wall

outlet and the Communicator for

1 minute

After 1 minute, reconnect the power supply to

both. Lights will flash during the transition.

Verify:

• If successful, the LATITUDE indicator will

light green as shown below.

•

If the Call Doctor icon remains yellow, you

may need a replacement Communicator.

Contact your health care provider.
