Channel Errors
A channel error affects one specific channel and stops ultrasound therapy to the device associated with that channel The channel that does
not have a channel error will not be interrupted or affected by the error Channel errors are related to channel errors, device temperature
errors, cable errors and connection errors Channel errors can occur on both channels at the same time When a channel error occurs, read the
message and follow the instructions to attempt to correct the error If the issue cannot be resolved by following the onscreen instructions,
note the error code in parentheses at the end of the message and call the phone number listed in the
Technical Support
section
Note:
In the event that a specific channel is not operating and ultrasound therapy cannot be delivered, infusion of the solutions will not be
interrupted
