1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from the Win9x installation procedure.

When the INTEL_815 window shows up, select

NT40

to invoke

the installation program to your Win 2000 OS.

2. The program launches an introduction screen of the graphics it

will install. Close all other running Windows applications then
