Pilot’s injector replacement
This operation must be carried out only by a qualified staff. You have to follows these directions:
- remove the cover for gas valve and unscrew the related fixing screws;
- dismount the burners protection mask;
- loosen in sequence: the thermocouple, the valve-pilot's gas tube and the valve-burner's gas tube;
- Unscrew the fixing screws and remove the support box with burners and pilot;
- remove the pilot with relative support structure by unscrewing the fixing screw;
- loose the fitting of the valve-pilot's gas tube;
- take away the injector by slipping off the valve-pilot's gas tube;
- set the new injector in the pilot burner and fix correctly the connection;
- set all the parts by following the opposite procedure.
