10 Pump anti-seizing function

Every time the pump is switched off, a timer starts to
briefly switch on the heating circuit pump and the 3-way
valve at regular intervals.

This function prevents the heating circuit
pump and the 3-way valve seizing up during
long periods of inactivity.
