Installing the self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis
7.6.1
Preparing the installation
1. Check the scope of delivery for completeness and damage in transit.
2. Compare the material number with the details in the order confirmation.
If the material numbers or denominations of the self-contained
servo-hydraulic linear axis and of the drive controller do not corre‐
spond to those given in the order confirmation, contact Bosch
Rexroth Service for clarification; for the address, see
16.1 "Service and support" on page 87
.

Mechanical mounting
Improper mounting!
Insufficient fixation or insufficient stability may
cause the self-contained servo-hydraulic line‐
ar axis to become loose and fall down.
Consequently, hydraulic fluid may leak and
lead to personal injuries and/or damage to
property. Self-contained servo-hydraulic line‐
ar axes of heavy weight may bruise or strike
persons dead.
WARNING

Completely mount the self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis accord‐
ing to the mounting specifications using suitable mounting aids.
Accidental movement of the self-contained
servo-hydraulic linear axis while it is being in‐
stalled!
Risk of injury! Danger of crushing! Damage to
property!
WARNING
●
Keep the self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis in a stable and se‐
cured position until it is firmly mounted to the mounting face provided at
the customer’s end.

Be careful when installing the unit.
