Hot surfaces with temperatures over 60 °C
may cause burns!
CAUTION
Allow the products to cool down prior to commencing work. The thermal time
constant specified in the technical data is a measure for the time required for
cooling down. Cool-down times of up to 140 minutes may be required!
Wear safety gloves.
Do not work on hot surfaces.
In the case of malfunctions, maintenance work or disassembly of the
products, proceed as follows:
1.
Use the control commands to bring the drive to a controlled standstill.
2.
Switch off the power voltage and control voltage of the drive controller.
3.
Switch off the main switch of the machine.
4.
Secure the machine against unpredictable movements and against
unauthorized operation.
5.
Wait for the cool-down times of the product and the discharge time of
the electrical systems to elapse.
6.
Disconnect all electrical connections.
7.
Before dismounting the product and the supply lines, secure them
against dropping or movements, before unfastening the mechanical
connections.
