6.3 Removing the motor with
coupling
DANGER!
Danger to life upon contact with live
parts! Switch off power! Check that
the unit is de-energized! Provide in-
ter-locks to ensure that power supply
can-not be switched on accidentally or by
unauthorized persons!
In vertical or slanting mounting
orientations the drive carriage can
drop down! If the motor has been re-
moved, there will be no motor brake to
arrest the fall. Prevent the drive carria-
ge from dropping, e.g. by mov-ing it to
the lower end position.
• Loosen the fastening screws (1) on
the coupling.
If necessary, release the motor brake
and move the carriage so that the
drive journal turns (2).
• Unscrew and remove the motor from
the motor mount (3).

les pièces conductrices de courant !
Couper l’alimentation électrique avant
toute intervention! Vérifi er que le cou-rant
n’arrive plus! S’assurer qu’aucune remise
sous tension ne peut se produire, que ce
soit inopinément ou par des personnes
non autorisées!
En cas de montage vertical
ou incliné, le chariot d’entraînement
peut tomber. Lors du démontage du
moteur, le frein moteur n’est plus
actif ! Empêcher la chute du chariot,
par exemple en le mettant dans sa
position fi nale inférieure.
• Desserrer les vis de fi xation (1) de
l’accouplement du côté moteur.
Le cas échéant, desserrer le frein
moteur et déplacer le chariot d’entraî-
nement (2) pour faire tourner la sortie
d’arbre moteur.
• Dévisser le moteur de la lanterne et
le déposer (3).
6.3 Smontare il motore con il
giunto
PERICOLO!
Pericolo di morte in caso di contatto
con le parti sotto tensione! Staccare la
corrente prima di qualsiasi intervento!
Verifi care che non ci sia più alimenta-
zione di corrente! Assicurarsi che non
si possa riattaccare la corrente inav-ver-
titamente o tramite persone non autoriz-
zate.
In caso di montaggio in linea ver-
ticale o obliqua la slitta di azionamen-
to può cadere! In fase di smontaggio
del motore il freno del motore non è
più attivo. Evitare la caduta della slitta
di azionamento p. es. riportandola
nella sua posizione fi nale inferiore.
• Allentare le viti di fi ssaggio (1) del
giunto disposte sul lato rivolto verso
il motore.
Se necessario, allentare il freno del
motore e spostare la slitta di aziona-
mento (2) affi nché il codolo di aziona-
mento ruoti.
• Svitare ed estrarre il motore dalla
fl angia (3).
