Thorough cleaning guarantees a long
service life. An overview of cleaning the indi-

Risk of electric shock!
Never immerse the motor block in water and
never hold under running water and do not
clean in the dishwasher.
Warning!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
Surfaces may be damaged.
Tips:
–
Preferably clean the parts immediately
after use. This will prevent residue from
drying on and attacking the plastic
(e.g. by essential oils in herbs).
–
If processing e.g. carrots and red
cabbage, the plastic parts will become
discoloured by a red ilm which can be
removed with a few drops of cooking oil.
Cleaning the motor block
Remove mains plug.
Wipe motor block with a damp cloth.
If required, use a little detergent.
Then wipe dry.
Cleaning the blender
The blender jug, lid and measuring cup are
dishwasher-safe.
Tip:
Pour a little water and washing-up liquid
into the attached blender. Switch to setting
Q
for several seconds. Pour out the
water and rinse the blender with clean water.
Cleaning blade holder

W
Risk of injury from sharp blades!
Do not touch blender blades with bare
hands. Clean them with a brush.
Do not clean blade holder in the dishwasher,
but under running water using a brush. Do
not leave in water! Remove seal for cleaning.
