MDCI Series – All DC Inverter Outdoor Units (Three phase)

6  |  ERROR CODES

During operation, the fan motor in the outdoor unit may stop running
under high temperatures.

When one unit is selected in fan mode and others are heating, the fan
may stop to prevent hot air being moved around.

4.7  Defrost in the heating operation

During heating operation, frost can accumulate on the outdoor unit.
To increase efficiency, the unit will start defrosting for approximately
2-10minutes depending on the amount of accumulated frost.  The
frost will then thaw and drip away from the unit.

During defrosting, outdoor unit and indoor unit fans will periodically
stop.
