Authentication
Displays options to create user profiles and password
protect access to the Video System. There are three
levels of access available:
•
Administrator
– grants full access to all features of
the Video System
•
Viewer
– grants access to live video and archived
video, but not to the settings
•
Live only
– grants access to live video only
Remote Viewing
Video System software has a built-in web server allowing
the camera and archives to be viewed remotely.
Day/Night
Displays option for controlling the day/night modes of the
camera. Three options are available:
•
Automatic
– enables the camera to automatically
switch from the day to night modes and back based
on the threshold settings
•
Day
– enables day mode
•
Night
– enables night mode
•
Threshold adjustments
– adjusts the parameters for
automatic day/night switching

Switch At
adjusts level of darkness to switch
from day to night modes

Toggle Guard
adjusts level of brightness to
switch from night mode to day mode. Toggle
