Only open the door to fuel/refuel the stove. Operating the stove with the door open will 
result in excess air that will cause the stove to over fire and will void your extended 
warranty and cause irreparable damage. 

 

DO NOT OVER FIRE. IF THE CHIMNEY OR STOVE GLOW RED YOU ARE OVER FIRING 
CAUSING AN UNSAFE CONDITION. EVIDENCE OF OVER FIRING WILL VOID THE EXTENDED 
WARRANTY. 

 

Do not build the fire too close to the glass. Do not abuse the glass doors. Do not strike or 
slam the door closed. 

 

Do not over tighten the glass clips/screws, a little over hand tight is all that is required.
