Once the door has been dismantled, place it with the outside facing down on
a soft flat soft surface to avoid scratching it. If you do not want to dismantle
the door, it is possible to slide out the glass by setting it in the intermediate
click position, but take care that the door doesn't close suddenly.
Cleaning the grills
We advise always cleaning the pan support grills after cooking. Wait until
they have cooled down and then clean them with a non-acid detergent.
Acidic substances such as lemon juice or other acid detergents may
cause irremediable damage to the enamel on the grills. Dry the grills
carefully with a cloth immediately after washing them. Washing in the
dishwasher not recommended.
When the oven is out of order
Before calling after-sales service, check that the plug is inserted into
the socket or the mains switch is on. After this check call the aftersales
service. The disturbances or faults must only be removed by qualified
personnel. If the appliance doesn't work normally, you must turn it off,
remove power and notify the after-sales service.
