Lifting 
 

Pull the control lever with the right hand. At the same time grab the front edge of the 
foot  section  and  pull  upwards  to  the  desired  position.  Releasing  the  control  lever  
locks  the  selected position.

Pull the control lever with the right hand and at the same time grab the front edge of 
the foot section and push downwards to the desired position. Releasing  the  control
